Admin, Finance and Procurement Unit

This unit tackles issues relative to administration, finance and procurement.  The unit is responsible basically for the operational functioning of the Ministry which includes montitoring and controlling Vehicles, Contracts committee, Attendance, treat correspondences from Weights and Measures Bureau and Department Of Labor. The unit also deals with  accounting or processing of payment, The unit also facilitates the work of Drivers, Typing pool & Documentation centre, Interns, Training of staffs, distributes Fuel for official works, Monitors and facilitates Staff travels, The unit also Monitors and coordinates Records unit, Planning & statistics unit, IT units, Directorate Of Industry & Investment, National Events, Leave rooster, Cleaners, Directorate Of Trade, Employment units, arranges Conference room for meetings. Currently the unit is headed by a Principal Assistant Secretary.
